Why don’t people know how to walk a dog on a leash, at heel? Dogs should not be leading the walk, pulling on the leash. The human should not have to run behind the dog to keep up. Dogs should not be dressed up and the harnesses do nothing to control a dog pulling on a leash. So many people are so preoccupied that are oblivious to a 100 lb dog in their immediate presence.
